For more than 30 years, Monte Nido has been home. Patty raised her four daughters here, in this little canyon pocket the locals call the Mountain Nest, watching fog roll across the Santa Monica Mountains, hiking the trails, dancing badly at the community square dance, and cheering at the annual egg toss like it matters (it does).
Her path into real estate wasn't glamorous. It started with a life transition, a divorce, and the need to rebuild. What grew from that was something real: a career built on hard work, integrity, and a deep love for homes and the people who inhabit them. More than two decades later, most of her business comes from clients who've trusted her once and come back, and that, she'll tell you, says everything.
